At Beautiful Feet Books, we want you to love your footwear as much as we do. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn footwear in its original packaging and ensure all tags are still attached to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
